The model of a Virtual Solar Power Plant is already being adopted by the Chandigarh UT government. This project is limited to government buildings, but it is still proof that the Chandigarh UT believes this model can be successful. Blue Jhasha believes in this model too. It also believes private business can expand this model to every resident, faster and more efficiently than a government agency.
